DANIEL FREDELL
Health and Fitness has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. It was my lifestyle long before I decided to turn it into my career. I was very active as a child and I plan to be very active as a senior. I’ve been working out since 14 and I could not imagine doing anything else with my life.
While I specialize in Kettlebell and Barbell work, I love playing around with all modalities and free weight equipment. As my programs reflect, I’m not a fan of exercise machines. I can bore you with the list of Degrees/Certifications/Awards/etc. that I have, but I would rather let my clients speak for me. Be sure to check out the “Testimonials” section for my “Resume.”
Martial Arts have also had a large impact on my life. I have studied many different disciplines and have trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Currently Brown Belt Under Jason Bebber at Fenix Jiu-Jitsu), Krav Maga (Currently Tan Shirt under Caroline Kone at Warriors Krav Maga), and Muay Thai.
WORKOUT PROGRAMS
KB 101
This is the starting point for every kettlebell program. You will learn the kettlebell basics to help you move like a Girevik. This program covers the top 10 movements and include a 4-week kettlebell and bodyweight program to make them as natural as possible.
KETTLEBELL STRENGTH
Kettlebell Strength and Conditioning is for Grapplers of all arts. This workout focuses on muscular endurance, metabolic conditioning, and grip strength. It is designed to be a 3 sessions per week for 6 weeks of grind work utilizing kettlebells and bodyweight work.
KB/BB
This program was designed with the advanced lifter in mind, using minimal exercises for maximal effort and focus. Previous participants of this program showed increases in strength, conditioning, and hypertrophy due to the combination of circuit training and heavy sets used.
SEMINARS
Self-improvement is one of the greatest investments that can be made. Increase your health and fitness level by practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kettlebell training, or mobility training!
