Kettlebell Strength and Conditioning for Grapplers
Kettlebell Strength and Conditioning for Grapplers was built for Grapplers of all arts. It’s also proven itself as a staple program for Obstacle Course Racers and Functional Fitness Enthusiasts too. Here we focus on muscular endurance, metabolic conditioning, and grip strength. I designed 3 sessions per week for 6 weeks of grind work utilizing kettlebells and bodyweight work.
Equipment – 1 light to medium weight bell
